In-House Welding

AWS has a complete In-House Welding Department, which allows us to provide Stud Welded samples, or production runs of customer supplied parts with CNC accuracy in any of the Stud Welding methods.

Whether your requirements are simply to see if stud welding is the option for your application or your budget does not allow the purchase of stud welding equipment at this time then we are your solution. If you are not sure which method of Stud Welding is best for your project we will provide the best solution or samples of various methods if and when applicable. Our In-House Welding Equipment doubles as our sample lab so we are equipped to handle any aspect of Stud Welding. So, if it’s a single sample or a regular run of 5000 parts per month we can handle it for you!

Simply provide us with a drawing of your project and the quantity needed and we will be happy to provide a quote for the finished product. It’s that simple!
